Can my corsair cx430 run a Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC?

Hey,

i want to buy this graphicscard (Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC) and i want to know if my powersupply can do this! :)  ^^

NO don't even bother to try, unless you want to possibly damage something. I recommend a 600-650w unit for you. This one would be good for example: http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=52174&vpn=SS%2D620G... Seasonic 620w.

PS: If you do buy a new PSU, stay away from the CX series from corsair. They are not meant for high end systems. Mainly they are used for office type PC's, or low power PC's. What are the specs of the rest of your system?

My system specs are: Intel core i5-3350P - 3.30 GHz, 8 Gb RAM, Motherboard: MSI military class 3, WIN vista 64 Bit

on there internetsite they say a 750 Watt Power Supply is required... true? :/

750W power requirement includes power for the whole pc system. A quality 550W will be fine with any single gpu setups.
However, with a R9 290, i would advise getting a quality 650W from Tier 1 and 2 from this list.
