My PC boots normally whilst using the integrated gpu however when I try using my gtx 670 it does not display a signal at all! I've tried different connectors hdmi, vga and dvi and it hasn't worked, I've even bought a new power supply and motherboard to see if that would resolve the issue but to no avail I've connected everything correctly and I've even tried one ram in each slot etc.

My specs are

MSI Z68A-GD55 b3

Msi gtx 670

I5 2320 3ghz

xfx pro 750w

you probably did not insert your graphics card correctly. Make sure it is fully seated and the correct power connectors are properly connected.

in the bios make sure muilt monitor is turned on if you want the gpu and onboard video to work or set main video to peg/pci first.

No,. I've had it for some time but still! I've forgotten to mention that I have tested another gpu in the system so that eliminates the gpu being faulty I think

no, if you tested the GPU in another system that would eliminate it from being faulty. Testing a different GPU in the same system eliminates the fault from the system itself, not the untested GPU.
