I heard very good things about Nh d15 and I wanted to ask you will I be able to hit 4.5 mark with temperatures below 60,55 or 50 degrees Celsius.
Yes I know every chip overclocks differently but I just want to know if I would be able to hit 4.5 or above with temperatures below 60 with Nh d15. If I could go up to 4.8 Nh d15 would handle this?
Also: my mobo is Asus Sabertooth r2.0 and gpu is r9 290x

Yes,you will defintely will be able to overclock it,even above 4.5 GHz. Noctua NH-D14 and NH-D15 are equivalent to some liquid coolers,so you have nothing to worry about that.
Have fun with overclocking. :)

Yes, that'd be real easy and quiet, great CPU cooler (actually THE BEST in quietness and on par with best in terms of performance, you can't get much better). Definately less than 50C unless you have like 30C+ ambient temps. Anyways, 4.5GHz will be a child's play for that cooler :)

Blackbird, that indeed is a beastly OC! FX is a great OCer no doubt, you just need the right hardware.
OP, the cooler SR mentioned competes with Noctua D14/15, so as you can see, 4.5Ghz is no big deal :)
