Recently my pc will shut down and boot up immediately when I am playing games (Dota 2). It will shut down and boot up automatically and bring me to a page where it tells me that i did not shut down properly. I can achieve the same results if i off and immediately turn back on my PSU. Is it a PSU problem?

What are your full system specs?

Power supply or Component overheat can cause that. Run HWMonitor while you play and check the temps, if temps are not the issue then you have a flaky power supply that faults under load.

My specs are:
CPU:Intel i5-4570
GPU: Palit Gtx 760 jetstream
MB: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate
Ram: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair CX 600M
OS: Win 7 home premium 64bit

Update on the problem: Now, my computer will suddenly hang with an all-black screen like as though my monitor disconnected from my pc. It will also "freeze" and loop whatever sound was playing at the moment it crashed and then restarts.
