i have protools 9, 10, and 11 on my Mac, but i want to put my protools and all plugin into a pc or another mac so i can work from that station as well. Protools wants to charge me a fee of over 500 dollars just to do this task. no way im going to pay that fee. Is this possible to do?
can i clone a mac and push it to an IBM, dell, ect laptop or Pc

You can only have one legal installation of the software - that is why they want to change you the $500.....

Unfortunately for you - yes. Your don't actually purchase software - you purchase a user's license, and in that license, it will tell you how many times you can install and utilize the software. Most software packages allow you to install the software on ONE computer only.....
