OK, so the 8800 GT was released on October 2007 and then became the standard minimum system requirement for games in late 2011 (when Battlefield 3 was released). The 8800 GT back then is roughly equivalent to a GTX 770 now. So therefore, we should anticipate the GTX 680 or equivalent to be a minimum required GPU in games released somewhere around 2018.
