Hello there! I need a $700 gaming pc that will be able to live stream on twitch at 1080p 30 fps or 720p 60 fps. When im not streaming min 1080p. Some future proofing really. I do use photoshop. Need a 1tb HHD i like western. I will be stream DayZ, Minecraft, and other games. I am really looking for some Intel Xeon e3 builds. They are the price of amd fx 8350 and really is better and near the I7 performance EDIT: I HAVE $700 usb. no need of overclocking! want a os but not a monitor and stuff

Just wondering, but you are wanting a $200+ CPU, $50 HDD, approximately $200 GPU, then of course case, PSU, etc...in a $500 build?

If you don't plan on overclocking, and go for the cheapest motherboard possible...along with going with a $150 GPU or so, that is possible. But the cheapest Xeon e3s are $200...so you are really tying the hands of whoever tries to put a build together for you. It would be best to go with a different CPU...but just my 2 cents.

So here are just are the cheapest mandatory parts I would recommend.

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($56.98 @ OutletPC)
Case: Deepcool TESSERACT WH ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($87.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $306.93

And this comes to $300 already. I would recommend saving a little longer and try to come up with $600. You can get a nice gaming build for $600...possibly even with at Xeon in it.

Does the $500 include the OS and/or Monitor? It's a little tough to fit those requirements into a $500 build. Here's $600 without the OS/Monitor, and your requested parts.

You subtract $145 if you go with a lower-end processor temporarily, like the Intel Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition. If you don't need an NVIDIA-brand GPU for Photoshop (light usage), you could get more gaming bang for your buck with a AMD R7 265 or 270. Recommend any MSI-brand for either AMD GPU.

Here is as close as I can get to a $500 rig. And doesn't include an OS, or any peripherals.

And that is still only with a 260x or a 750ti, which ever you prefer. Neither are all that great. They're not horrible, but not great...if that makes sense.

Here's one with a dual-core you can later upgrade to a Xeon, and a better-for-gaming AMD card if you don't require heavy NVIDIA photoshop work.

Rapajez had a very good idea with the Pentium G3258. Here is a build I made with the Pentium G3258. I was able to fit a 270x with the money saved by going with the Pentium.

Why would you suggest an overpriced i5 Xeon? The only Xeons worth looking at are 1230v3 or better. Also that price is deceiving because you have mail in rebates turned on.

Went with the cheapest one for what he wanted. Sure we could pay an extra $50 for the 1230v3. And then we could $50 more for a better one....and $50 more for another better one...and so on.

That looks like a very nice build to me. I would recommend changing from the Corsair builder series PSU to this EVGA for the same price. The supernova series by EVGA has had some very good reviews.

After thinking about it, I think I would rather have this build though. Not as good of an upgrade path as the Intel 1150 socket, but an 8350 should be able to handle top games for some time to come in my opinion (which is the best CPU you could get for that board). But that 6300 will handle its own.
