Which pc build should I go with

So I have made 2 separate builds and I'm trying to decide which I should go with.

Is it worth the extra money for build one or not.

The first build is very good. I would get win8.1 for sure though.

The second build has problems I would address before considering it. Namely cheap PSU that is low quality.

yes it worth the extra money you're getting a much better gpu and cpu in the build 1

I'd say it's worth the extra money, but it depends on your monitor resolution, and what specific games and applications your using.

The CPU in the cheaper build is definitely starting to show it's age.

For the 2nd build, grab a XFX or SilverStone PSU for the same price.

Actually the Athlon x4 is only like 1.5 years old. The just reused the Athlon name.

It would probably still hold back a newer build, but again, it all depends on the specific usage, needs, and monitor resolution of the OP.
