Hey I'm building a PC and I was wondering if there is any cheap windows 8 OS out there. I'm from canada so I don't know much places maybe you people can help

As stated, when it comes to windows the price is the price. Watch newegg and amazon for sales

Anything on ebay or other websites claiming to have windows for half price or anything like that is giving you pirated or already sold license keys and it is not legit, likley you will not even be able to activate it to begin with.
