My back panel refuses to work, im running razer Blackwidow and when my pc turns on the green light also my monitor will not connect it says 'no signal' even tho the LED and the lights on my computer are working the gpu fan is spinning perfectly along with my graphics card and my power unit! i have been told this is due to static, i did accidental place my mother board on carpet i would like to know if there is anything i can do it maybe remove the static and make my computer work

If you did indeed damage your motherboard with static, it's not really something you can remove. You've just fried the entire thing and it's now useless. However, I don't think that's necessarily the case with your motherboard, even if you did accidentally put it on carpet.
