Intergrated Graphics on Intel Core i7 2600

How can I switch on integrated graphics on intel core i7 2600 whenever I play battlefield 3(lowest settings) it lags a lot because my oem graphics card is useless, im wondering if using the cpu would do better.

Considering it's the HD2000 graphics on that processor, you would have to have the world's worst GPU in your computer. To answer your question, though, there is no way. The on-chip GPU disables when you put in a physical GPU. You'd have to take your graphics card out and try it there.
