Ok, so today I finished building my PC, but the problem is that my HDD seems to be missing as a device. I know it works because when I installed Windows 8.1, it asked which device I would like to install it in. I chose the SSD device I have, but I also saw my HDD device as an option. Can someone please help me make sense of this, because currently I have to download things on my 128 GB SSD, which is running out of space.

Hit your Start Menu, type "computer" right click on computer and go to Manage. On the left of the Computer Management screen you'll have a list of stuff. Choose, "Disk Management" and you should see the drive there. In fact it may even pop something up asking if you want to initialize the disk. Click OK if it asks you to initialize it. Then it'll show up as Disk 1 or Disk 2. You'll see where it shows how much space the hard drive has and it'll say Unallocated under that. Right click there and choose New Simple Volume. Click Next and Finish through the wizard. Now your disk should show up.
