This is a sudden occurrence that began only today when i noticed my FPS in game was down to 10-20 instead of 80+. When i start up my computer and look at my CPU in task manager, it is at a normal speed, but literally the instant that i start World of Warcraft it drops significantly, and the only thing that restores the speed is shutting the computer down.
