My laptop used UltraUxpatch for 3rd party theme. It was pretty normal and fine for a long time. But then I decided to change another theme. When in double click to theme file to change. It turn to black screen, no cursor or icon. Just black. I then restart and I stuck in black screen after the HP logo loading.
I tried to recover to last point. But doesn't work. Then I tried to refresh the whole computer but it doesn't work neither. What should I do, please help

Solution
I am assuming the "HP Logo" is your BIOS screen. Go into the BIOS (usually pressing the DEL key or F2), and set your boot options to the DVD ROM (make sure your Windows/Recover disk is in there) and boot from it. You might be able to "repair" the Windows installation - if not, you may have to reinstall.
