Hi. I just changes 4 capacitors so my old power supply can work again, but it doesn't work.I i connected the black and the green pins by a little wire so i can press the contact and see if it works, and is not working.I decided to check the voltage between the grey and purple so i can see if i have 5V and actually i have 4,83V. What can i do so i can have 5V again so my power supply can work ????

spec calls for 5v +/- 5%, so yeah, no problem with those numbers.

purple is the 5v standby line. 4.83v is within spec for the 5v line. There's nothing to fix there.

Are you confusing it with the Grey "Power Good" line? The pc will not turn on until that one comes up. The grey wire should not come up in voltage until all the other voltages come up and stabilize. Have you checked those other voltages ?

What makes you think it doesn't work. You have 5v, now check for the other voltages.
You turn the PSU on by grounding the green and leaving the ground in place. its not a momentary contact like the power on motherbd switch.
