Have a Dell Dimensions E521 and upgraded the processor to a AMD Athlon 64 x2 6400 125 watt and computer is running hot I bought a Artic cooling freezer 64pro and I'm looking for a heat sink retention bracket to mount this heat sink in this computer. I've tried an amd am2 socket 940 pin heat sink retention bracket and it will not mount in this computer. Awhile back I seen one at amazon that would fit but now it is no longer in stock..Don't know where to find another one

It doesnt use one, It uses the same mounting as the stock AMD heatsink.
I dont know if you dell has the 'stock' base, is that what you're looking for?
