I'm looking to upgrade my graphic card. I'm currently have the EVGA Geforce GT 730 2GB GDDR5. I'd like to get the EVGA Geforce GTX 750ti 2GB Superclocked, I did the research on the card and my PSU can handle it. So, I just want to know what else matters beside the TDP of the card. The card is dual width.

Here my system specifications :

Manufacturer: Dell

Operating system: Windows 7 (64-bit)

Memory (RAM): 8GB DDR3

Motherboard: Dell 0K83V0 A00

Processor: Intel core 2 duo E7500 @ 2.93 GHz, 2.94 GHz, Sockets Supported: LGA775

Chipset: Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset Rev A03

PSU:
• DC power supply
• Wattage: 300W
• Maximum heat dissipation 1574 BTU/hr
• Input voltage 115/230 VAC
• Input frequency 50/60 Hz
• Rated output current 7/4 A

Thank you for your reply, and I'm planning on upgrading the processor to the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0 GHz, so I think it shouldn't bottleneck.
