AMD FX-8350 vs 8320 NO OVERCLOCK

I'm preparing to start my first build, and am in the planning process. I've been bouncing between the 8350 and the 8320 for a couple of weeks now and thought I'd ask you guys. This build is going to be for light gaming, photo editing, and video editing ad I do not want to over clock. I'm using an Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard, and don't know what power supply yet. I'm leaning towards the 8350 because it is faster stock, but the $40 I'd save on the 8320 could go towards a better CPU cooler or video card. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

a chepo like me would go with the 8320 and use the $40 i saved towards a better vid card or psu, but thats just me

I have your mobo installed on this computer - and I am running the 8320.....performance per $$ show better for the 8320.....

I do not overclock - CPU performance is great with Photoshop, light gaming and web surfing.

Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 < Poor choice for the 8320 and 8350 , no heatsinks on the VRM's

Well buy 8320 and get evo hyper 212 cooler. Both cpu's are amazing but stock cooler can't handle them.

It's funny that you say 'no overclock', because the 8350 is nothing but an overclocked 8320.
