Looking for a really quiet fan with good performance

Hey!

I'm looking for some nice fans that are really quiet (preferably blue) i'm not sure what size I need but my case is the zalman Z11 plus so I would also really appreciate it if someone told me my fan size

Your case comes with a front fan, a top fan, a rear fan, and two side fans. I'd say you already have more than enough. Try the ones that come with the case and see how you like them first. Typically Corsair and Phanteks are known for making quality fans if you are still looking.
