Sabertooth x58 on the way out?

ASUS Sabertooth x58

Intel Core i7 950

12GB of G.Skill DDR3

Two nVidia GTX 460s

Corsair Power Supply (950 Watt I think)

Two Western Digital HDDs: 1TB 7200RPM yadda yadda and a 2TB 5600RPM media drive.

I reformatted my computer over Labor Day weekend and before that it has been working fine for over 18 months since my last reformat. Since the reformat two weeks ago it had still been chuggin' along perfectly until Thursday morning.

Wednesday night I put my computer to sleep and went to bed. When I came back to it Thursday morning it was unable to boot. I got the standard single beep post code, but it would hang on the Sabertooth x58 splash screen or if I tried to get into BIOS setup it would hang on another screen.

After work I went to trouble shoot and I got as far as testing each stick of RAM individually and my PC booted fine with each one alone. I put all three sticks in (in a different order, I'm sure. I wasn't keeping track) and, voila, it booted up just like normal. I continued on through the night with no issues. I played League of Legends, watched some videos, etc. Everything was fine. I put it to sleep Thursday night when I went to bed, and I came back in the morning to a perfectly functional PC. I was on it for about 40 minutes and went to work (putting it to sleep again).

I came back from work and it was powered down like Wednesday morning. Uh, oh.

I try booting it and it doesn't even give me a post code for two or three attempts. No signal to my monitors, but the fans did start. I powered down the PSU and tried booting it again. This time I got the success post code, but it hung on the splash screen just like Wednesday. I went straight to the RAM for troubleshooting and dislodged them with the hinge on the mobo, but didn't take them out fully. My PC booted fine.

I put the RAM back in all the way and I am here now typing this out. Is my mobo just on the way out, or am I missing something?

I just remembered to turn off Hybrid Sleep in the power settings, but I'm pretty sure I had that Enabled before my reformat with no issues.

Something of note that probably has nothing to do with the problem: When I do put my system to sleep I use the "FN + Pause/Break" key combo that is part of my keyboard. I doubt that has any relevance, though.

Here is a video of it hanging on the splash screen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZr8zTzOhic [1]

Thanks for your help.
