In order to run WoW, you'd need to meet the minimum specs provided my Blizzard Entertainment.

From what I can tell, no, you won't be able to due to following:
Memory - you'd definitely need more memory to run WoW, 1GB is way too low
GPU - your GPU is severely outdated, henceforth you won't be able to run the game.

I suggest you buy a new rig entirely, as that one looks pretty old :)
