All allow overclocking (AM3+ socket) but not all overclock equally. If you get a cheap board it will either overclock only a little or overclock a lot then eventually die out as it can't handle the extra load.
Always get quality when overclocking. I suggest Asus, mainly their RoG series as they are geared towards gamers and overclockers.
