How can I get both Speakers and Headphones connected to the Back of my desktop?

I am looking at splitter cables, but I am worried about quality loss with those. The headphone jacks in the front aren't in such great quality

The easiest solution is to buy a discrete sound card such as a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Z which has a separate headphone and speaker jack.

Most sound cards are PCIe these days. If you have a PCIe x1 slot you would be fine.
