I installed a new gpu on my computer, Gtx 280. Power supply is a 775 w. so its safe. And i was just really worried about when i play games the gpu gets up to about 80-94 c. Need to know im not about to blow my computer up. Hope my cpu can handle it.

Thanks in advanced.

Sounds hot but apparently is OK - http://www.overclock.net/t/447689/max-and-reccomended-t...

I'd use MSI Afterburner to change the fan profile and jack up the fan speed. I'd get worried over 80C

Those GPU's run hot, 90 is hot though, I'd make sure your case has proper cooling. You can easily get better performance and lower power consumption from a more modern card. That card only supports up to DX10 as well.
