Earlier today I went to switch out my video card with a new one. The one I switched out was a evga e-geforce 8600 gt I swapped it with a ASUS gtx750ti-oc. So I thought everything went good plugged it all in but now it won't turn on enough to see a boot screen. This process keeps repeating itself over and over. I switched the graphics cards back and now I still get nothing. I swapped out the PSU just to make sure that wasn't the culprit. Still same problem. I went through numerous checklists from unplugging ram and everything and I still cannot find the problem. Any help would be appreciated. I also have a video of what happens here.

I can't start in safe mode it will just barely show the boot screen before it restarts again. I will try and get an internal speaker tomorrow. I should be able to get them at any computer store correct?
