hey...my rig is >> intel i5-3470@60Ghz , HD 7870 XT , Kingston 4GB 1333Mhz Cl9 DDR3, Gigabyte H61M-S2P.

when i play Watch Dogs for a while it gives me a blue screen, written on it "physical memory dumps" ..and then my pc restarts.

i thought it's because i don't have enough ram and the game requires 6GB ram minimum.
but i saw people playing it with 4GB ram and they don't have my problem.

Solution
May be there is some software that will be causing problem and it will be running in background process. Second according to 4GB ram your game graphic settings should be high otherwise on ultra there wil be chances of blue screen.

May be this copy of game has some problem but may be. Check for the updates of this game. I even played it on high settings and my Ram is 4GB DDR3 (1333Mhz), there was no problem. Also check that there are not too many applications running in background so RAM's space needed for this game could be get.

thank you...could it be the gpu driver also? i use 13.12 driver

when window detects a system error it attempts to copy the contents of memory, the drivers, and kernel mode data structures and write all the informationto a file on your hard drive.
it is generally located at c:\windows\minidump directory with a filename with the extention .DMP

the .dmp file can be looked at with a program like a windows debugger and you can see why windows called the bugcheck and what was running at the time of the failure.

if you post the memory dump file on a share people can look at it with a windows debugger and tell you why windows called the bugcheck. In this case it will be likely be a failure in the graphics driver but you don't know unless you actually look.
