Noctua NHD-15 vs Corsair H110?

i have the corsair H110. it sucks. it's a headache to put in and doesn't cool that well. the noctua unit works just as well or better and it is quieter and cheaper

The only thing I don't like about the Noctua is the god-awful color scheme. Unless you have that same color case with all Noctua fans it sticks out like a sore thumb. Are the noctua fans themselves vital, or can I just pick up some similar RPM fans and clip them on?
I guess I can try and live with them though... After all my video card is yellow. With my red LED's I probably will not notice them as much when the LED's are on.
