Do you have a reason... like would it be better for gaming... is better for streaming? Just throwing different build up isn't super helpful without a reason. Thanks for you reply!

I have a question for you why is it better? will it be better at streaming and gaming ? or what?

It has 4 cores, the RAM is cheaper but doesn't compromise on speed. The selling point here is the i5 compared to 2 cores with no extra threads. Otherwise, we're pretty much identical.

Here is my list for it. What this does is offer you a 8 core chip to better stream. Offers a better video card and quicker/faster RAM. This would be a more solid gaming machine than the others offered.

It's drinkingcola's idea. Thank him. But here it is:

[Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard]

I have to mention this about that motherboard. I have 3 RAM sticks. Rated for 1600 MHz. Same brand, same timings, same everything. I could not get them to run at that speed. I had to downclock to 1333MHz.
Then I bought an Asus Sabertooth 990FX mobo. Now I'm running all three at 1866 MHz...
The recommended minimum for an FX-8xxx is a motherboard with 990X or 990FX chipset (can't remember which).
