Solution
Your GPU is OK (at idle)

Your PSU voltages are OK

Your 8gb ram is all there.

Your CPU is at idle - but getting too hot (46-51C). Vcore and fan rpm are OK So there's a problem with your cpu cooler.

At idle it should be on 35C and gaming 50C.

Blow out your case to get built up dust out. If that doesn't get the cpu temp back then -

Re-seat your cpu cooler on the cpu - power off. remove fan then cooler. Use isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol to clean the old thermal paste off the top of the cpu and bottom of the cooler. Put a small pea size drop of new Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste in the centre of the cpu and put the cooler back on. Put on the fan and plug it in.

If the cpu temps are still too high, get a better cpu cooler eg Coolermaster...
