I've updated all the drivers and the OS update too.....but i'm having this trouble......and one more thing....in the device manager,in network drivers there's an exclamation mark in "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter"...... They also mentioned this problem as " Driver Power State Failure".....If anyone have the solution,please help me out.....Thank You.....

If I read the title correctly, it sounds like you have a bad battery. Might want to try using a new one. Also, as for your network adapter, maybe try Uninstalling the driver and restarting your computer. It should load the Windows driver, then see if it works there.
