why close my last post when it had gotten so far?

On youtube videos (multiple browsers) i'm getting FRAME lag for some strange reason. I even get it on facebook games like scrabble. It's obnoxious as hell and shouldn't be happening! I've updated my drivers, flash, java and don't know what else to do. Someone please help!! I don't klnow what information yall need so please just ask and i'll put the info here.

my GPU is ASUS Radeon HD 7850 Direct CU II
Processor AMD 3.9ghz
RAM 8 gigs
Wings 7 64bit

I don't understand how i could be getting low frames on just regular web pages!!

Try a different graphics card.

Post your complete and detailed build.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar. To see how your hardware is running.

What make and model monitors?

What internet plan speed? Router Make and model? PC wifi card make and model?
