Files invisible on sd card

So, my SD card got messed up...Anyone know how to fix it? All of my files are 'invisible' (Not hidden!) except for this one strange file. After going through CMD and checking the drive, it said that there were no problems and all of the files were still there.

It's all mp4 and wmv files. It is a sandisk ultra mini sd card, 32 gb. Whatever that strange file is is where all of my files are located, so I really just need to extract them from whatever the heck that is.

Hello... do you use it a camera? cause cameras can create Folder names on their own. What device did it get formated last in? see what I mean here? if you have file access then your Golden B ) but a fresh Windows format should get rid of everything on it, BUT won't work in the camera agian..

It has never been used before. I just put a few videos on it. My computer died and when I turned it back on that's how it looked.
