Thoughts on new video cards

Looking for a new video card, I intend on medium gaming.. I don't need a monster, not looking to play battlefield whatever number.. Namely in the needs for something that can handle Med graphics War Thunder, World of Tanks, and Company of Heroes.. Need PCIe x16, or PCIe 2./0/ x16. Preferably in the $75 US price area.. Not a hard number, but it is on my upper limit
