Solution
nope that would not be related to this problem.
The CPU complained about error in the memory inside the actual CPU chip.
your other program is talking about setting aside some area in its driver's allocated memory structures to save a block of information from your hard drive so it will not have to look it up as often. It saves the info in your RAM which is several thousand times faster than a slower hard drive. CPU cache is faster than RAM but cost a lot more.

Note: you have a very newly released processor, be sure to update your BIOS and your intel chipset drivers in addition to checking for overheating.
you are running windows 7 with a very old cpu microcode update driver from 2010.

Error : DCACHEL0_WR_ERR (Proc 7 Bank 1)

processor called a bugcheck because it got a error on its internal memory controller when CPU core 7 tried to write to memory bank 1. This is the cache memory inside of the CPU not your general RAM memory on your motherboard.

I would treat it like any overclocking error.
-update BIOS, remove overclocks, update intel chipset drivers directly from intel website.
- confirm that the CPU is not overheating and the fans are working.

This can also be cause by some power issues but I would start with the other changes first.

note: at the time of the bugcheck the CPU was not overclocked.
machine info:
Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Product Z97-A
BIOS Release Date 05/08/2014
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Processor Voltage 8ch - 1.2V
External Clock 100MHz
Max Speed 3800MHz
Current Speed 4000MHz
