SSD speeds ?

I have a 120gb Kingston SSDNow V300 ssd installed, and coming from a system with a regular hard drive, my new system doesn't feel as snappy and fast as I thought, especially startup times.
These are my ssd's benchmarks on AS SSD :

Are these normal speeds ?
The rest of my system is an i5-4690 and an MSI H81 motherboard which doesn't boot up the system if I select fast boot or msi fast boot from the uefi bios settings.

on your msi mb make sure it has the newest bios file. and intel chipset drivers. in the bios make sure the ssd is on port 0 of satas ports and ports are set to achi not raid or ide. also make sure secure boot is off and boot from legacy devices is on. make sure both efi and older bios is on. if the bios is set right fast boot should work.
