You could use any graphics card on the market, but I'd probably recommend nothing more than an NVidia Geforce GTX750ti or an AMD Radeon R7-260x.

Is this a system you bought off the shelf or one that you built?

Well, since you're using an Intel Core2Quad Q6600, I'm going to assume you have a PCI-Ex16 expansion slot. Beyond that, you're going to have to measure to see if it will fit. This also assumes you are using a standard ATX/M-ATX case and not a slimline or low-profile case.

without knowing your power supply wattage, i say follow the advice of a gtx 750. Double check the physical dimensions with your case size and also make sure it is a version that does not require an additional 6-pin power connection.

So basicly, I just go to my nearest pc store and ask him to check/do it to make it alot simplier? not very good with building pc's...

Install this:

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Under the mainboard tab you can see "graphic interface" version.

Post back with that and also the motherboard "manufacturer" and "model".

That would make it simpler, yes, but also cost you more. Take a look at this YouTube video to see how to install a graphics card. To make sure the card would fit before you purchase, pause this video at the 2:07 mark. At this point, you should be able to see all you need to in order to measure your system to make sure the card you purchase will fit in your case.

In the bottom left corner of the video image, you can see the two open rear expansion slots for where the output ports of your graphics card go. In the bottom right corner of the video image, you can see the hard disk drive bay where your hard drive is installed. Using a tape measure, measure the distance between the back of the expansion slots to the drive cage and subtract one inch. This is how long of a card you can install into your computer.

Next, measure the height of the expansion slot. If it's close to 4 1/2 inches in height, you can install just about any graphics card you want. If it's much shorter (closer to two inches), you have a slimline case and it will only accept half-height or low-profile cards which will limit what cards you can install.
