As the title says...
Can i crossfire this 2 graphics card in 650W PSU Click Here
My pc specs is
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE
Processor: i7 4770 (Non-K) @Stock
Ram: Kingston 8GB
Video Card: Sapphire R9 280x Toxic

Solution
850W should be enough for 2xR9 280X.
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 850W is the one I would recommend.
But you don't need Crossfire if you don't have two or more monitors.
I would wait for the launch of the GTX 900 series and grab one of those instead of havin 2xR9 280X.

For real? I was thinking that I might be able to crossfire these cards since they are on the same family, but I still want to make sure that this cards will work fine in crossfire so that it won't cause any problems in the future.

I see. I currently have Sapphire R9 280x toxic can you recommend me the best psu for it for oc setup? Also what is the safest temperature on overclocking it?

The Cooler Master V650 is going to be enough, even if you overclock.
You would want to keep your GPU under 90C at full load, doesn't matter if you OC or not.

I see. By the way I've tried overclocking my r9 280x toxic on gpu clock 1210, memory clock 2000 and VDDC 862 before but it crashes, should I increase its VDDC?

Knock down your memory overclock to 1600Mhz. 2000Mhz might be a bit optimistic. I believe if you using Sapphire Trixx utility you have to type in Memory Frequency so put 6500Mhz in the memory clock.

Each card has its own threshold. You can increase your VDDC since 862 won't be enough if you going over 1210Mhz. You gonna have to experiment your VDDC to find which value is stable for the clock speed and memory speed set.
I'm sure you could directly put 1000 in the VDDC but go up in small increments just to be safe.
Run GPU stress test for every setting you tweak.
Always monitor your gpu temps.
Remember to increase your power board limit.

The highest VDDC i seen was 1299 VDDC for a R9 280X toxic but that is for a good binned R9 280X toxic. Your R9 280X toxic may vary.

6500Mhz memory clock? Then how many gpu clock and vddc should i put?

Firstly reset everything back to defaults.
Bump up your clock speed until it is stable. Run gpu stress test.
Bump up the memory clock until it is stable. Run gpu stress test.
Don't touch the VDDC yet.
Post another thread since your question is answered here.
Write the highest clock and memory speed you get.

1210 GPU Clock
1800 Memory Clock
862 VDDC
All stable
I see. can you recommend me some gpu stress software?

Yes it is. I just want to learn more on overclocking.
I've tried overclocking it in 5 minutes and I got 85% C

If you getting 85C, i wouldn't go any further. Personally i like my gpu to stay under 80C.

Ok, here is the results
Furmark 5 minutes Burn in test 85C
Unigine 70-72C

Also I was wondering if I should change its thermal phaste?
