what type of DVI cable is this?

it only has 4 prongs sticking out on one side, also it has red green blue inputs

Older TVs used analog RCA inputs for high definition before hdmi and that's what you would use. RCA is still popular so its not uncommon to see dvi made as an adapter with it.

I can't say for certain, however it maybe DVI-Analogue otherwise known as DVI-A. The cable you have seems to be an adapter which converts RCA to DVI-A.
