Can anyone order this?

I'm not much aware of the performance difference of those very-high end cards and some other cards, can anyone order the following cards in decreasing performance order?
690, 680, 670, titan Z, titan, 780 ti, 780, 770, 760, 7990, 7970 GHz edition, 7970, 7950 boost, 7870, 7850, 295x2, 290x, 290, 280x, 285, 280, 270x, 270..

NOTE: Consider all the above at reference speeds or factory overclocked to same percentage by same manufacturer. Neglect cooling, noise, power consumption & value for money.

The first one is either GTX 690>R9 290X>R9 290 or R9 290>GTX 690>R9 290.
The other one is partially correct,I saw some people get 65 FPS in BF3 at ultra with the R9 270X and 62 FPS with the R9 285.
But I also saw that someone gets 59FPS with the R9 285 and 56 FPS with the R9 270X in Grid 2 at ultra settings.
So it's really close between those two. :)

Note that I may have gotten somethign wrong,but I think it goes like this.
 
To everyone: Tom's hardware's hierarchy chart deals with upgrading and have grouped those cards having equal over all performance. For example, GTX 670 > GTX 760 (or) R9 290X > R9 290 in performance, but upgrading from 760 to 670 is waste of money right?. So, I need exact performance order.
 


Performance in what? Gaming? What games? Some games favour AMD over Nvidia or vice versa. Are we talking benchmark performance? 3D rendering? Photoshop OpenCL runs? OpenGL performance?

That's like saying what car is better. Better for what? 0-60 speed? overall top speed on highway? Fastest shifting speed?


There is no "performance" number that is magical. All cards are better at some things than others. Titan's crush in GPU computations and nothing can touch them but can be beat by AMD in gaming. CUDA rendering? NVidia crushes. OpenGL, welcome AMD.

I don't get why you "need" this so bad, or what the purpose is, because, as I stated, no one brand or model of card is good at everything.
 


What games? What resolution? Some cards do better at 1080p but then start to fall when it gets to higher 1440p or 4k resolutions and the "best" card at 1080p becomes 2nd at 4k.


Pick a game like BF4, look up BF4 benchmarks, they'll list most of the popular cards, there is your list.

Assume having the same system and platform (OS and games), but changing graphics cards and testing for FPS. many sites don't include some cards while benchmarking games. I've seen GTX 680, 7950 boost, 7970 GHz edition very rare. So, I'm asking graphics masters to order them.

Ordered by how much FPS would each card get in some games.
