Technically yes, some people have concerns over them in terms of longevity, you'll be fine, but don't OC.

fine, now im running a XFX Radeon HD7850 1GB GDDR5, i did oc it just a bit 1100/1250 1.190v stable, but when i get (if i can) the 7970 i won't OC it, i mean, the one im planning to buy is The Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3Gb, for 1080p i will be playing every on title out there at max settings, i mean OC what for ? right?

You should be fine and only pulling approx 400W, the issue that some are concerned about is that particular PSU might age prematurely.

this unit has less than 4 months, used before with a core i7 4770, 4GB ram, and a GTX650, nothig was OC'ed, so i guessing this will last (theorically) 1 ~ 2 years with no OC?

Should run those specs with a HD7970 as long as you don't overclock with it.

The PSU has poor capacitors.

poor capacitors ? i jus saw a review from it, maintaing over 82% efficiency under heavy load and never burned of start in fire, works fine

Really low hold-up time (too small of a bulk capacitor)
Only two PCIe connectors
Would like it to have higher quality capacitors in the secondary side

The effects will only been seen after a couple of years of gaming style use. Some reviews are not very strong and only consist of the 'does it explode test' there are many more details to consider.

The leading duo remains the same, but places are reversed due to a significant increase in the rate of return of FSP. Note the entry of be quiet! in 3rd place. Seasonic gets the last position despite a rate that is reasonable. Here are the 5 models with more returns during the period:

i heard that Antec and Seasonic are the best aout there ? but i have read here (i guess in the link you gave me) that some top quality enterprise only make components for a few really few PSU makers, and corsair is one of them.
