pcie x16 bottleneck?

will a PCIe x16 (1st gen) bottleneck gtx 750. I know that pcie has a cap of 4GT/sec and will it be able to supply the required power to the GPU?

All cards are backwards compatibla and a GTX 750 only has 1ghz of bandwith. Though a GTX 650 Ti or GTX 650 Ti BOOST will use all of it's power in the 1.1 slot so if you have the card already then that's fine but if not, go for the cards I liste. (If the 750 is cheaper, GET IT!)
