So this started about I believe possibly 2 weeks ago--I run duo monitors, one is a BenQ MLG one I got around Christmas of 2013 and another one is an old ACER I got like 3-4 years ago in a tournament.

I use the BenQ as my left and default monitor and my ACER as my right additional monitor. They are both connected to my GPU via HDMI cords.

About 2 weeks ago, when I opened something on the my second monitor, like Netflix on my right monitor or my twitch.tv dashboard when I'm streaming and even when I've opened a full screen streamer or YouTube video. My left monitor goes completely artifacted(?) if that means that there are a bunch of pixels and lines and all this jazz all over the place.

I don't believe my GPU is OCed however I broke the latch on my first PCI-E slot and since I have a pretty small case, the space between the fans on top of my GPU and close to the bottom of my PSU is limited but still has pretty good airflow as I leave my case sides open at the moment and right next to the window. The only thing that I have OCed is my CPU to 4.5 GHz

Any ideas on what's causing this issue? Also when I turn my monitors off and leave my computer for a bit and come back and try to get my monitors turned back on so my computer isn't "sleeping" the monitors turn on but don't retain the activity from moving the mouse and I have to restart my computer to get it going again but it usually brings me back to where my computer was when I left it (as if it was asleep the entire time).
