That is wayyyyy overkill for just gaming. Firstly, please get a mechanical HDD and get a smaller SSD. 1TB of SSD storage is simply not worth it unless you get a amazingly good deal on it. Get a 2 or 3TB HDD. Secondly, are you just going to be gaming or are you going to be doing other intensive applications such as video editing? If not, save your money and go with LGA1150 instead of LGA2011-3. You won't get any noticeable performance decreases and if you really want to spend all of your budget, you can add another 780 Ti. Also, don't get a H60. From personal experience, it is much more worth it to save up and get a H100i. Thin single (120mm) rads simply aren't very good. Get a dual (240mm) rad or a (very) good air cooler like the Noctua NH-D14 or the new D15 variant. And please get Windows 8.1, not 8. Lastly, remember to get good peripherals that are comfortable. Peripherals are what define your setup because they are the things that you will be coming into contact with unless you game with your rig on your lap. You don't need all the bells and whistles of modern "high-end" peripherals. You don't need a keyboard with 18 macro keys or a mouse with 10 macro keys unless you do any sort of MMO gaming or other tasks that can leverage that many buttons. I recommend that you go with a mechanical keyboard because they are truly more comfortable to type on and you will be faster. Whatever peripherals you get, just make sure that they are comfortable and they suit your needs well.
Not just a gaming rig, I should have said that earlier, I'll won't being doing heavy task, but I want something powerful enough to support new Tech. in a couple of years with 4K innovations etc. I'm not buying anything other than SSD, as far as the H60, thanks for the advice. Why did you recommend downgrading the CPU and getting another video card

Get a 4790K. It will support new tech for the next 2-3 years. And even if you're going the 4K route, a single 780 Ti will not suffice. As for my advice on why you should downgrade your CPU and get another GPU, GPUs make or break a Gaming Rig. Unless you're doing really intensive video editing or other intensive tasks, a step down from the 5820K to the 4790K will not make your computer slower by much. However, another 780 Ti will boost gaming performance a lot more. Thus, I recommend downgrading your CPU and getting another 780 Ti.
