I need to upgrading it for gaming.
Budget 250-300$

Yeah
You could add a 4 GB DDR3 ram
and a GPU
like Nvidia GTX 750 ti(it doesn't reqire external pci power connector so its a good upgrade)
yeah it will cost you around 250-260$
