I'm sort of a nVidia fanboy so I would pick 770, but 280x is better. Unless you're biased get 280x in my opinion ;)

By the way DONT get Kingston SSD! I have one, and kingston added a new chip in the newer versions and it is much slower than other SSDs, get a Samsung 120gb EVO immediately instead! Otherwise your build is great!

EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card

I have 2 of these , would be a great choice.

To me they seem equal in running current, high demanding game titles.
Both connect by HDMI.

3GB is higher than 2GB. ~2GB usage at max settings is becoming more common, so 3GB gives some future proofing.

Otherwise I would consider heat/power/cooling/noise and $ as deciding factors.

The case comes with two fans.
CPU cooling you have addressed.
I wonder if the case and its two fans will keep the card you pick cool enough. The cards self regulate themselves: if too hot, then run slower.

I don't like XFX cards , in this situation the EVGA is the better choice.

I would go for the 770. As it does have higher performance but just costs a bit more, plus I prefer the nvidia bonuses like the nvidia experience and those little adons.

Hope this helps!

If you go AMD, get the 285X coming soon, lower power consumption and higher performance.

280X is a better choice than 770.

The GTX 770 is an overall faster card and a pretty good value with its recent price drop. You'll also avoid the angst of PhysX envy when you play the upcoming Borderlands the Pre-Sequel.

Except you are showing benchmarks for the 285 and NOT the 285X.

The 285 out performs the 280 and the 285X will outperform the 280X.
