Solution qazzi Sep 14, 2014 yes but GA-P35-DS3R actually support E54xx and X54xx. but the GA-EP45C-DS3R only support E3110, E3120, X3230, X3370, X3380 only. you can see it here on the list of compatible CPU's http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/GigaByte/Gigabyte_GA-EP45C-DS3R/1565/Compatible_CPUs
