Far Cry 3 is fine, FPS drop after relaunch

Hi.

I have weird problem - I've installed FC3, played a bit on Optimal settings, all smooth. Then I exit, now I want to play again and have huge FPS drop. What the hell? Any solutions? I have Lenovo Z510 with GF 740m

Maybe some of the settings got messed up somehow...or maybe when you went to play again there were backgrounds tasks running which caused the fps drop.
