Hello!
I have a HD5450 1GB that i overclocked some weeks ago... My default clocks for the card was 450 memory and 650 core so i OC'd it to 800 core and 650 memory but as far as i can see most of the cards are having more memory than clock so i wonder if i sould set the mem clock higher than core clock...

More about : sould memory clock higher core clock

there isnt something special to consider. the higher these values are the better performance. however you can see a very big difference between core and memory on latest gpu due th ddr5 which has x4 effective speed. your gpu has ddr3 so the effective speed is actually x2 so 450x2=900mhz
