specs for playing Civ: Beyond Earth max settings

Please advise. Want to play Civ: Beyond Earth at max settings (24-in monitor) on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Currently using i5-3570 and Radeon 5870 with 8GB RAM and 650W power supply. What is minimum upgrade to be able to play at max settings? Thanks!

You already exceed the recommended specs for the game. Did you even look at what the requirements were before you posted? You should be fine. If you want to upgrade, upgrade your GPU.

@vrumor: During the latter part of the game (Civ V), I get "memory dump" blue screen quite often. Can't play :( Surfing the web is fine. Doing work (microsoft word) is fine. It happens only when I play Civ V.
