Blue Screen Crashing

My pc is crashing every 20 mins or so, BSOD. The following are displayed. "Driver IRQL not less or equal" and "athrx.sys" Any help much appreciated OS is window 7.

IT could be your CPU or your GPU or your power supply. I would do some tests to rule each of these out. Run...

Furmark for GPU test...

Prime 95 for CPU test...

and do the following to test power supply...

bugcheck is in a ethernet driver.

athrx.sys is a Atheros network adapter driver
update it from https://www.atheros.cz/

if your card is a USB network adapter be sure to update your CPU chipset drivers as well.
if you have a intel cpu get them directly from intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775

if it still fails after that, be sure to update your BIOS from your motherboard vendor website.
