J johnbl Polypheme Nov 4, 2012 10,072 185 67,090 Sep 13, 2014 #4 bugcheck is in a ethernet driver. athrx.sys is a Atheros network adapter driver update it from https://www.atheros.cz/ if your card is a USB network adapter be sure to update your CPU chipset drivers as well. if you have a intel cpu get them directly from intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775 if it still fails after that, be sure to update your BIOS from your motherboard vendor website.
